DOMESTIC SHIPPING
You have 2 options for shipping:

Use your own carrier or pick up yourself.

We will get multiple shipping quotes for you and ship with the carrier that has the lowest rate.
When you check out on our site, you can decide which option that your prefer.
Shipping Cost:
We DO NOT offer free shipping.
The cost of shipping an order depends on a number of factors, including the volume, weight, number of pallets, and destination.
We make every effort to prepare your shipment to survive transportation by layering products carefully and wrapping pallets thoroughly and tightly. Regardless of whether using your own carrier or a carrier we arrange for you, we are in no way responsible for any damage that arises from the carrier.
Freight carriers generally provide some insurance on the loads they transport, but it will likely not cover the entire cost of a shipment. Should you wish to purchase additional insurance, you will have the option to do that after we provide you a quote.
If damage does arise during transportation, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and following up with the carrier on that claim. Claims can take some time.
Under no circumstance are we responsible to refund you for freight damage and then have to collect from the carrier. .
We place a very high value on operational efficiency and fast shipping.
After placing an order, most orders are ready for pickup within 1-5 business days. e. However, under certain circumstances an order can take longer than this. This does not include the actual transit time to your facility. Any carrier delays are out of our control after an order has been picked up from our facility. We are not responsible for these delays. Please be patient.
Unless previously agreed to in writing, we are not responsible for any product MSDS sheets or any other documents pertaining to the product or shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Arrangements can be made to ship orders to a designated port or freight forwarder. We can ship to a domestic location that you choose.

LOCAL PICK-UP
Warehouse pick-up is available for all purchases.
Unless agreed to in writing, orders must be picked up within 2 days of it being picked, or they may be canceled. Canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
